I don’t know if many people know who bill pressing is but I absolutely love his work. You can find it on Daily Peril.
He is an amazing artist and I love his work and especially love his coloring. One day while searching through his blog I found that he did a little tutorial on his painting.
I got so excited I didn’t know what to do because I wanted to try it. I have been itching to do this for months and wanted to apply it to my sketch cards.
I did the first Princess Leia card this way. I scanned it and showed it to you guys but the scan really does no justice to how beautiful this painting technique really is. Thinks come out weird and grainy and it makes me angry cause I wish someone could hold it in their hands and see how happy I am with the way it turns out.
